Over the past year and a half, I have deepened my spiritual journey by exploring Buddhism, meditation, and yoga.  I plan to continue on this path and my goal for the coming year is to live a life that is true to who I am and what I want.

I have been an activist for years and am hoping to ground that fiery passion with a deep love for all around me through a committed loving kindness practice.  I believe that is the only way to sustain action and a path to personal fulfillment. 

I try to maintain my sense of humor regardless of what happens.  I am looking to connect with like-minded people from whom I can learn.
